To add space for extended family, this entire home in Park Ridge was transformed. This whole-home remodel included a new kitchen, first-floor reconfiguration, bathroom update, and hidden pantry. Our work centered around expanding the kitchen footprint. To do so, we relocated a bathroom and used that space to make the kitchen generously sized. We then added a new bathroom and transformed the existing, unused dining room into a bedroom with a pocket door and a new ensuite bathroom to suit their need for a private guest space. We managed every step, from design to construction, which included reworking the basement to keep existing finishes while updating the space.
