The modern yet timeless design of this bathroom is built on quality materials. Our pre-construction process for projects of all sizes follows a rule we call the “two-build rule.”
The first build is on paper, where we plan every detail and lock in selections, in this case, the tile finishes, tub, vanity, and countertops. This way, there is not a single surprise in the budget when it comes time to install.
This build ran smoothly and easily, thanks to our planning process. A unique feature of this bathroom is that the entire space is waterproofed. We relied on composite trim to ensure this space meets our quality standards while providing long-term, low-maintenance for the homeowners. In addition, the structural planning that went into the glass and shower niche, the HVAC units, and the recessed medicine cabinets make this bathroom functional and beautiful.
